He was married to Mercy TOWSLEY (daughter of Michael TOWSLEY and Mary HUSSEY) on 3 Oct 1699 in Springfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts. Mercy TOWSLEY was born on 17 Mar 1680 in Suffield, Hartford County, Connecticut. She died in 1719 in Suffield, Hartford County, Connecticut. Benjamin ALLEN and Mercy TOWSLEY had the following children:
